GP Connections is one of 112 Divisions of General Practice throughout Australia. We support Primary Health Care in Toowoomba, Gatton, Crows Nest, Pittsworth and Oakey.
GP Connections works across a number of program areas and initiatives including Mental Health, Aged Care, Chronic Disease Management, Healthy Lifestyles and Closing the Gap.
